| 摘 要： | 阐述了ERP沙盘模拟实训内容与特色,总结了ERP沙盘模拟实训在提高学生分析问题、解决问题能力以及团队合作精神及沟通能力等方面取得的成效。提出了在现有ERP沙盘模拟实训探索基础上,通过角色轮换、教学研讨、利用协会组织竞赛及跨专业组织教学等方式进一步提升模拟实训效果的具体措施。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the content and the key features of the simulation training of ERP sand table.It summarizes the success that the training has achieved to improve students' compvehensive ability in terms of problem-analyzing,problem-solving,team work and communication.On the basis of the present research,measures are taken to further the achievements by means of role rotation,teaching research,contests and interdisciplimary teaching. |
