以“空间句法”评析会展建筑的公共空间组织

目前国内会展建筑正值昌盛,对于建筑的外在表现的设计创作意念表达与内部功能运作顺畅两方面兼顾,一直就是设计师所关注的问题.会展建筑与一般的公共建筑不同,对内部空间组织的流动性要求较高,因此其公共空间组织应更受重视.以长沙梅溪湖国际会展中心国际招标的5个备选方案为例,依据空间句法(Space Syntax)工具,解构会展建筑本身特有的空间型态构成的内在句法逻辑,来解释潜藏于建筑表层平面型态背后的深层组构特征,以此验证建筑空间组织结构的合理性,为从事会展建筑设计的设计人员提供参考和评价标准.

Analysis into Public Space Organizations of Exhibition Buildings Using Space Syntax

Exhibition buildings are currently booming in China. Designers of such buildings invariably focus on both external manifestations architectural design and efficient internal functions. Exhibition buildings differ from public buildings in that their internal spatial organizations are expected to be highly fluid. Therefore, critical importance should be attached to public space organizations of exhibition buildings. Based on the cases of five alternative bids for Meixihu International Exhibition Center in Changsha, this paper attempts to interpret the internal syntactic logic intrinsic to exhibition buildings, and therefore to explain deep constructions hidden behind surface plane shapes of exhibition buildings by using space syntax tool. The endeavors are intended for verifying the rationality of the building＇s space organizational structures, thereby providing references and evaluation criterion for exhibition building designers.
