建设工程中防火卷帘使用常见问题分析及探讨

随着城市建设的不断发展以及对建筑功能的更高层次要求,大空间、多功能城市商业综合体的出现,其往往具有建筑面积超大,内部空间不宜采用防火墙进行分隔等特点.为满足建筑防火分区、防火墙设置的基本规定,防火卷帘作为一种有效的替代物,在建设工程领域得到了最大程度上的使用.然而笔者在从事建设工程消防监督管理过程中发现,防火卷帘在选型、规格、使用范围、控制功能等方面还存在许多不规范的问题.本文旨在通过对上述问题的分析,唯期给建设单位在工程建设中予以帮助,给监督管理机构在工程检查中予以提示.

Analysis and Discussion of Common Problems with Using Fire Resistant Shutters in Construction Projects

With the continuous development of city construction, the increasingly high demands for building functions and the emergence of more spacious and multi-functional complex commercial buildings which feature larger construction areas, it is no longer appropriate to adopt fire protection wall to partition the inside of complex commercial buildings. In order to partition the inside of such buildings in a proper way, fire resistance shutters, as an effective substitute, are extensively used in construction projects. However, evidence obtained from supervision of fire prevention and control related to construction projects suggests that fire resistant shutters are found non-standard in terms of type, specification, scope of application, controlling function and the like. The analyzing of the above-mentioned problems is intended to provide aids for construction units and reference for supervision institutions by examining.
