摘    要:阐述了锻造中产生氧化缺陷、脱碳缺陷、过热缺陷、过烧缺陷、内部开裂缺陷的因素,指出正确合理的加热方法能避免加热缺陷,提高产品质量,降低物资消耗,最大限度地提高设备、人员的利用率.

Abstract:This paper expounds the factors causing the oxidizing defect, decarburizing defect, overheating defect, over- burning defect and internal-cracking defect, and points out that the proper and reasonable heating method can avoid the heating defects, improve the quality of the products, reduce the material consumption, and maximize the utilization ratio of the equipments and personnel.
