青海高原春小麦籽粒蛋白质积累规律研究

摘    要:分析了阿勃,青春533,青农469、青农452等四个春小麦品种(品系)在青海西宁地区籽粒蛋白质相对含量的变化规律和蛋白质绝对含量的积累进程,结果表明,从开花至成熟,籽粒蛋白质相对含量的变化呈“U”型曲线,并以花后籽粒发育初期含量最花,花后31天左右是该地区春小麦籽粒中蛋白质相对含量最低的时期。不同品种在花后不同时期蛋白质相对含量各不相同;籽粒蛋白质绝对含量的积累过程呈“S”形曲线,可用概率转换方程

Abstract:The changing law of the relative content and the accumulating course of the absolutecontent of protein in the grain of the three varieties and one strain of the Spring wheat planted in Xi-ning area of Qinghai province in 1991 and 1992 were analysed. It was found that the relative content of protein in the grain changes in the form of "U" from bloom to ripeness. The highest period is at the initial growing stage of the grain and the lowest period is about on the 31st day from blossoming in this area. The changing trends of the relative content of protein are distinguished variable among different varieties (strain). The accumulating course of the absolute content of protein in the grain changes in the form of "S". It can be described through the probability equation P=2. 6569+0,0861x. Accord-ing to this equation, the main period that the grains of the Spring Wheat accumulate protein in this area is from the 16th day to the 39th day from blossoming. There are different absolute content of pro-tein in the grains of the different varieties when they are ripe. Either to breed the excellent variety or to improve the cultivating measures can increase the content of protein in the grain and improve the nu-trient quality of wheat.
