| 摘 要： | 本文在大量调查研究的基础上，分析了建国以来上海市产业结构的发展历史和现状，建立了有政府宏观调控的市场经济体系下的三次产业协调发展模型，针对上海市的具体情况修正了模型，并预测了上海市１９９５～２０００年三次产业的比重结构．预测结果已取得有关部门认可．

| Abstract: | In this paper. the historical development and present coalitions of Shanghai industrial structure are analysised on the basis of investigation. A coordination model of the three kinds of industries in the system of market economy under the regulation and control of government is established. According to the concrete conditions of Shanghai. the model is revised. The structures of the three kinds of industries of Shanghai from 1995 to 2000 are forecasted by the revised model.
