黑斑蛙和中华大蟾蜍生殖系统的比较解剖

对黑斑蛙和中华大蟾蜍的生殖系统进行了比较解剖观察，结果表明这两种无尾两栖类的生殖系统存在一定差异．中华大蟾蜍的左右输卵管和输精管在末端均有合并现象，然后以一个共同的开口通泄殖腔的背壁，雄性蟾蜍具有毕氏器，残存有米勒氏管，雌性蟾蜍有时也存在毕氏器；黑斑蛙的左右输卵管、输精管末端均无合并现象，各自独立开口于泄殖腔，雄雌个体均无毕氏器，雄蛙没有米勒氏管．

Comparative Anatomy of Reproductive Systems of Rana nigromaculata and Bufo Gargarizans

The reproductive systems of two anura amphibian species,i.e.,Rana nigromaculata and Bufo gargarizans,were comparatively anatomized.Certain differences of reproductive systems between them were observed.Both the left and right tuba uterina of B.gargarizans were merged at the ends.So were the left and right ductus deferens.And then they led to the back wall of cloaca with common apertures respectively.All male but few toads had Bidder's organ,some males had relict Mullerian duct.No merging phenomenon was observed at the ends of both the left and right tuba uterina and ductus deferens of R.nigromaculata.The left and right tuba uterina and ductus deferens led independently to the cloaca,all females and males were lack of Bidder's organ and all males were lack of Mullerian duct.
