摘    要:针对南通市啬园风景区智慧景区功能的缺失和在线信息平台完善水平较弱等问题,设计了一种基于微信小程序的啬园智慧景区服务系统.该系统采用面向对象的开发思想,分为语音讲解、游览路线、地图展示、个人用户4大功能模块,集导航、导游、导览、导购、线上讲解、在线购票等服务为一体,在提升景区服务水平的同时,从时空场景角度为景区管理者提供用户轨迹数据支持服务.系统开发周期短,软件升级、技术维护便捷.测试结果表明,系统性能稳定,可在大众手机型号环境下稳定运行.该系统可广泛应用于其他景区.

Smart Scenic Spot Service System for Seyuan Park Based on WeChat Applet

Abstract:Aiming at the deficiency of the smart tourism function about the Seyuan Park in Nantong, and the low level of the improvement of the online information platform, a smart scenic spot service system based on WeChat applet is designed. Adopting the object-oriented development method, it integrates functions of navigation, the tour guide, online explanations, online booking, and other services, with four functional modules: voice explanation, dynamic route, map display and user account. While improving the service quality, it also provides support services of behavior trajectory of user for scenic spot managers from the perspective of both time scenarios and space scenarios. This system not only has a short development cycle, but also convenient software upgrades and technical maintenance. The test results confirm that it, with stable systemic performance in various mobile environments, can be widely applied to other scenic spots.
