摘    要:
提出运用三点法补偿激光束不稳定性误差,在时间和空上获得较稳定的激光束。进行了理论分析。实验研究证明运用这种方法可降低准直测量的不确定度近一个数量级。

Abstract:
In this paper a new method, three-point method, for solving the laser beam drift in its directions is presented. This method can be used to obtain a stable laser beam in space and time. The experimental result in which applies the error compensation method for laser beam unstability turns out that the uncertainty of the alignment measurement may be reduced by about one order of magnitude.
