| 摘 要： | 《教师法》实施以来,广东省领导重视,政府努力为教师办实事,重视教师队伍素质的提高,取得了好成绩。但在教师待遇到位、教师队伍建设等方面仍存在不少问题,必须引起高度重视。各级人大必须确立正确的观念,下大决心,采取切实有力措施,加强对《教师法》实施的检查监督,保障教师合法权益。
