| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法对山东高校教师体育健身现状进行调查研究,结果发现山东高校教师体育健身意识较好;体育人口略高于全国整体水平,中老年教师体育健身百分比高于青壮年教师;体育健身项目主要选择散步、登山、跑步和球类,活动场所主要在校园;影响高校教师参与体育健身的主要因素是没有时间和体育场地设施差。对调查结果进行了分析,并提出相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | This thesis was investigated and analyzed by applying the method of questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The results show that teachers in Shandong have comparatively higher body-building awareness and sports population level are higher than the whole country level.The proportion of middle and old teachers is larger than the young teachers.The main body-building types are walking,mountaineering,running and ball games.The main place is campus.The main factors restricting body-building are teachers' limited time and the poor sports installation.In the last beneficial measures are provided. |
