| Abstract: | This paper doals with Bayes analysis of the reliability of products. The ana- lysis was carried under constant stress accelerated life testing with a negative binomial sampling model, of which the parameters showing prior negative logarith- mie gamma distribution, prior beta distribution and noninformation prior dis- tribution. The main results are conclnded as Theorem 1 and 2. The examples are given finally. |
