摘    要:离子色谱法测定水质中的氨氮具有操作简单、快速省时、干扰物质少、样品测定量少、所需试剂简单量少、灵敏度高等优点,其测定线性范围为0.002-1000mg/L,方法检出限为0.002mg/L,定量重复性≤1.5%,加标回收率在93.8—102.5%之间,且有效的减少二次污染环境等问题,获得了满意的结果.

Abstract:Apply Ion chromatography method on determining ammonia nitrogen in water quality Sample,which has more convienient operation, quicker, less interferent, less measuring quantity, less reagent and higher sensitivity. The linear range of determination is from 0.002mg/L to 1000mg/L, the detected limit of this method is 0.004mg/L while repeatability less than 1.5% and mark-on recovery ranging from 93.8% to 102.5%, and reduction of secondary pollution come a satisfactory conclusion.
