| 摘 要： | 热线式流量计是一种可以直接测量空气质量流量的传感器.介绍了热线式空气流量计的基本原理,分析了恒流和恒温2种工作方式下测量电路的设计方法,推导出了2种工作方式的流量方程.研究了温度补偿方法和测量结果的处理方法,对所设计的热线式空气流量计进行了标定及输出结果的拟合,结果表明热线式空气流量计能够进行空气流量的精确测量.

| Abstract: | The hot-wire air flow sensor is a kind of sensor that can measure the mass flow of air directly.The principle of the hot-wire air flow sensor is introduced here,the design for measurement circuit at constant current and constant temperature are expounded,the flow equations have been derived out.Temperature compensation and processing method for outputs are discussed,a fitting formula for the designed sensor is provided,the result show that the hot-wire air flow sensor can accurately measure the mass flow of air. |
