电力系统低频振荡综述

摘    要:在互联系统中,低频振荡问题越来越成为影响电力系统稳定的重要因素,成为制约互联电网电能传输的瓶颈。随着电网的扩大和电力市场对经济性的追求,电力系统运行越来越趋于极限,有必要全面地认识这一问题。文章阐述了电力系统低频振荡的产生机理,讨论了目前常用的分析方法。通过对各种方法的比较分析,阐明了各自的优缺点,并对未来研究的可行方向进行了分析。阐述了目前工程中基本的控制思路及可实现的控制方法,以及研究的热点和难点,并对其未来发展动向作了进一步的探讨。

Abstract:In interconnected system, the low frequency oscillation becomes an important factor that affects the power system stability and limits power transport. As the system becomes bigger and bigger and power pool becomes power system, it is necessary to reconsider this problem. First, this paper discusses the principle of oscillation. In the second part, analysis methods are the focus point, the merits and demerits of every analysis method being analyzed and the developing trend being pointed out. Control measures are the third point in this paper. They are listed and discussed, especially those which may be used in engineering. Lastly the future development is predicted, especially about how to connect the power pool.
