双参数指数分布顺序统计量的概率分布性质

摘    要:设[Xk,1≤k≤n]独立同分布,X(1)≤X(2)≤…≤X(n)为其顺序统计量,当总体服从双参数指数分布exp(μ,σ)时,得到了其顺序统计量的联合概率密度函数和极端顺序统计量的密度函数,进一步得到X(1)和X(n)的期望与方差的表达式.此外还证明了样本间距X(1),X(2)-X(1),…,X(n)-X(n-1)独立不同分布,利用样本间距构造一组独立同分布的指数分布exp(1),借助顺序统计量还构造了x2和F两组概率分布.最后研究了统计量极差Rn=X(n)-X(1)的概率分布.

Abstract:Let [Xk,1≤k≤n] be independent and identically distributed random variables, X(1)≤X(2)≤…≤X(n) be their order statistics. The joint probability density function of its order statistics and the density functions of extreme order statistics are derived when the population followed two - parameter exponential distribution. The mathematical expectations and variances of X(1) and X(n) are also obtained. What's more it proved the sample intervals X(1),X(2)-X(1),…,X(n)-X(n-1) are independent and not identical distributions, using the sample intervals construct a set of independent identically distributed exponential distribution with parameter 1, two sets of probability distribution X2 and F are constructed using order statistics. Finally the probability distribution of statistic range Rn=X(n)-X(1) is researched.
