大蒜素提取工艺的研究

摘    要:
通过对大蒜素液真空酒精提取工艺、工艺参数如何影响大蒜素含量、总硫化物含量的研究,提出并设计了大蒜素真空溶酶提取工艺,构建了提取液中大蒜素含量、总硫化物含量、蒜渣中总硫化物含量与工艺参数的关系模型.其中工艺参数有浸提真空度、时间、酒精浓度.利用正交试验优选出了对大蒜素真空溶媒提取较佳的理想的工艺参数:脱臭剂加入量15%,溶酶浓度55%,浸提真空度77308 Pa,浸提时间60d.

Abstract:
By extraction technology of allicin liquid alcohol , vacuum technology parameters how to affect the allicin content, research of total sulfur content, vacuum solvent extraction process was proposed and designed from allicin, the relational model of the extract, garlic allicin content, total sulfur content in slag and process parameters of total sulfide content are built. The process parameters are extraction vacuum degree, time, concentration of alcohol. A principle is put forward by using the orthogonal experiment of allicin vacuum solvent extraction better ideal process parameters: Deodorization agent content of 15%, 55%, solvent concentration extraction vacuum 77308pa,leaching time 60 d.
