辽宁沿海经济带人口与经济协调度分析

经济带和都市圈现已成为区域经济发展的主要趋势，人口与经济能否协调发展是实现区域经济发展目标的战略性问题。采用理论与实证、定量与定性相结合的方法，在人口与经济协调发展相关理论的基础上构建区域人口与经济协调度评价指标体系，运用主成分分析法对辽宁沿海经济带人口与经济协调度进行评价和分析，认为辽宁沿海经济带的人口与经济发展并不协调，区域差异明显，除了大连是中度协调发展以外，其他地区都不协调。大连的人口与经济协调度单独聚为第一类，是整个辽宁沿海经济带中人口与经济发展较为协调的地区；丹东、锦州、营口、葫芦岛聚类为第二类，属于中度失调衰退类；盘锦聚类为第三类，属于极度失调衰退类。

The empirical analysis on coordination of population and economy in Liaoning coastal economic zone

Economic zone and the Metropolitan has become the main trend of regional economic devel-opment .The coordinated development between population and economy is a strategic issue to realize the objectives of the regional economic development .By using the combination of theoretical and em-pirical methods ,quantitative and qualitative methods ,we constructed an evaluation system for coordi-nation degree between regional population and economy on the basis of relevant theories of population and economic development .By evaluating and analyzing the coordination degree of population and e-conomy in Liaoning coastal economic zone in the way of principal component analysis ,we consider that the coordination degree there is not ideal .Concretely ,the degrees of coordination of almost all the regions are not very high except that Dalian’s is moderate .Cluster analysis results of coordination degree of population and economy tell us that there are three groups ：only the first group -Dalian’s population and economy are relatively coordinated in the entire Liaoning coastal economic zone ,the second one including Dandong ,Jinzhou ,Yingkou ,Huludao -is in the class of moderate imbalance and recession and the third one of Panjin belongs to the class of extreme imbalance and recession .
