ZnO纳米材料结构与性能的关系

摘    要:通过对液相法合成的各种形貌的一维ZnO纳米结构的XRD和PL进行分析,结果发现通过控制择优生长(002)晶面,能够增强近带边发射;通过控制生长(110)晶面,增加晶格缺陷,能够增强PL的可见光发射.

Abstract:In this paper, XRD and PL of zinc oxide one dimensional nanomaterials with different morphologies synthesized at low temperature by liquid phase reaction , such as nanowire bundles shaped like an awl, spindle - like microcrystals, flower - like nanostructures, nanorod arrays with the hexagonal top and micro/nanotube arrays with a hexagonal shape are analyzed. The results show that the emission of near band edge is enhanced by controling an optimal growth surface (002), in the meantime, PL of emission of visible light can be enhanced by controling the growth surface(110) and increasing the defects of Lattice.
