摘    要:
采用恒温晶体震荡器作为时基,用高速分频器和单片机CTC组成计数器,实现对短时间瞬态变化,如瞬爆过程、保险丝熔断等微秒级乃至纳秒级过程进行精确,稳定的测量.

Using Oven controlled crystal oscillator as time datum, counter is composed of high - speed divider and microcontroller CTC to realize implementation accurate and stable measurement with nano - second of change in short time, such as moment explosive, fuse blown, et al.
