超高压撞击流技术应用研究进展

摘    要:
超高压撞击流技术是一种新型的物料处理技术,具有操作安全和耗能低等工艺特点.为此综述了超高压撞击流技术应用研究进展,概述了超高压技术和撞击流技术的工作原理和工艺特点;重点阐述了超高压撞击流技术在物料切割、物料粉碎、食品加工、尤其是中药材加工中的重要应用及其优势,并对以后的研究工作进行了展望.

Abstract:
Ultra - high pressure impinging stream technology is a new type of materials processing technology, which has specific advantages of safe operation and low power consumption, etc. In this paper, the research progresses of ultra- high pressure impinging stream technology are reviewed. The working mechanisms and process characteristics of ultra - high pressure technology and impinging stream technology are reviewed. The application and advantages of ultra- high pressure impinging stream technology in materials cutting, materials refinement, food processing, particularly in the Chinese medical herb processing are emphasised. The research work in the future is predicted.
