| 摘 要： | 在分析铁路通信网络管理现状的基础上 ,综合利用了现代的数据库技术和地理信息系统技术 ,采用了浏览器 /服务器和客户机 /服务器模式相结合的方式 ,为铁路通信网的各级维护和管理部门提供了一整套的业务管理系统 .文章简要介绍了该系统的功能和结构 ,并对其中的部分关键技术问题进行了详细的阐述 .本系统的应用表明 :该系统可靠性高、易于维护和操作 ,实用性强 ,它的推广应用必将带来铁路通信业务管理的现代化 .

| Abstract: | Basing on analysis of railway communication network status, the railway communication network service management system is set forth. The integrated application of modern technology of database and geography information system is adopted in the system and the browser/server and client/server mode are used. It is designed for the maintenance and management department in order to improve the quality of railway communication service. The author introduces not only the function and structure of the system but also the some key technical problems. The application shows that the system has high reliability, practicability and is easy to maintain and operate. The popularizing of the system will bring forth modernization of railway communication service management. |
