| 摘 要： | 通过调查发现，镇江市社科人才工作存在的主要问题有：对社科工作、社科人才认识有偏差；社会科学人才管理体制和机制不健全；专业人才紧缺，人才结构不合理；社会科学事业经费不足。要解决这些问题，必须建立科学的社科人才管理体制，创新社科人才工作运行机制；建设富有镇江特色的优势学科；加强社科人才队伍自身建设。 |

| Abstract: | Through investigations, the writers discover that there are some major problems in the work of social science talents: improper conception of the work of talents and social science, imperfect system of social science administration, lack of professional talents, irrationality of talents structure, and shortage of funds. To solve these problems, social science administration system should be established,talents operation system should be innovated, dominant courses with features of Zhenjiang should be opened, social science talents staff should be reinforced. |
