重型柴油机空气滤清系统研究

摘    要:对重型柴油机滤清系统进行了研究,建立了适合于工程计算的旋流滤清器滤清效率及自动除尘系统抽气负压的计算模型,在直流式旋流滤清器滤清效率计算中,将旋流室中的流场结构分为外旋流和内旋流,由此得到满意的计算结果。自动除尘系统抽气负压的计算建立在由实验确定的抽尘管绕流阻力系数和排气总管的阻力系数基础上,最后针对16V240柴油机的空气滤清及自动除尘系统进行了分析计算。

Abstract:Mathematical models are established for calculating suction pressure of automatic dusting systems and filtering efficiency of cyclone separators. In the calculation, the flow field in cyclone separators is assumed to be consist of outer rotational flow field and inner one, which proves to be satisfactory, and the calculation of the suction pressure is based on the drag coefficient determined by analong simulation experiment. Finally, the air filter system of 16V240 diesel engine is studied.
