几种家鸭血清无机磷含量及碱性磷酸酶同工酶的比较

对金定鸭,北京鸭及其余种大土北鸭血清无机磷含量和碱性磷酸酶同工酶谱的比较研究表明:雌金定鸭、?大土北鸭和雌北京鸭的血清无机磷含量分别为5.264mg/100 ml、4.730mg/100ml、3.305 mg/100ml,家鸭产蛋能力与其血清无机磷含量成正相关;金定鸭和大土北鸭的血清均含有四种碱性磷酸酶同工酶,而北京鸭血清只含有三种,根据大土北鸭的血清碱性磷酸酶同工酶性状部分地继承了金定鸭的遗传特征,推测碱性磷酸酶同工酶也是与家鸭产蛋性能相关的因素。

Contents of Inorganic Phosphorus and Zymogram of Aklaline Phosphatase Jsoenzymes in Sera from Domestic Ducks

The comparative studies on the contents of inorganic phosphorus and zymogram of alkaline phosphatase isoenzymes in sera from Jinding duck, Beijing duck and their hybrid-Datubei duck were carried out. The results showed that the contents of inorganic Phosphorus in sera from Jinding duck, Datubei duck and Beijing duck were 5.264, 4.730 and 3.305 mg/100 ml, respectively. So there is a Positive relativity between egg producing ability of the domestic ducks and the content of inorganic phosphorus in their respective sera. Sera from Jinding duck and Datubei duck all contain four isoenzymes, but from Beijing duck only three. As the character of alkaline phosphatase isoenzymes in Datubei duck serum is the hereditary nature from grandmother Jinding duck, it is suggested that alkaline Phosphatase isoenzymes are one of the factors related to egg-producing ability of the domestic ducks.
