我党“三个代表”的政治方向，与“两个务必”的优良作风辩证统一。二既有不同的内涵和要求，又相互依存、相互作用并具有相互转化的趋势和可能。党及其事业80多年发展壮大的历史，是一部“三个代表”政治方向与“两个务必”优良作风辩证运动的历史，既取得了辉煌成就并积累了宝贵经验，又历经挫折且留下了严重教训。新世纪新阶段的新形势新任务，使二辩证统一的客观需要显得极为强烈而迫切。为促进“两个务必”与“三个代表”之间的协调发展，必须迅速而有效地采取四点重要措施。

The Dialectical Union of the Three Represents and the Two Musts

There is a dialectical union between the political orientation of the Three Represents Theory and the good traditions of the Two Musts of our party.Though the two are different in connotations and requirements,they are dependent and connecting from one another,and there are trends and possibilities to invert mutually.The history of the Party and her enterprise is the history of the dialectical movements of the two in the past over 80 years,it has given us not only glorious achievements and good experiences, but also serious lessons.It is more forceful than in any time for us to make the two unite dialectically today.To realize this aim,we must take steps in the following four fields.
