小剂量短波紫外线加超短波治疗系统性红斑狼疮患者带状疱疹感染

摘    要:目的:观察小剂量短波紫外线加超短波治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者带状疱疹感染的疗效及安全性.方法:30例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用小剂量短波紫外线加超短波治疗,对照组单独采用口服阿昔洛韦片与外涂阿昔洛韦软膏治疗.结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05),其止痛、止疱、结痂时间、总病程比对照组明显缩短(P<0.01),带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率比对照组明显减少(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后SLE活动性未发生明显改变(P>0.05).结论:小剂量短波紫外线加超短波治疗SLE患者带状疱疹感染疗效高,病程缩短,可减少后遗神经痛的发生率,且未增加SLE的活动性.

Abstract:Aim: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of small dosage of short-wave ultraviolet plus ultra-short wave treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients complicated herpes zoster. Meth-ods: Thirty eases were randomly divided into two groups, using small doses of short-wave ultraviolet radia-tion plus ultrashort wave in treatment group and using acyclovir, besmear acyclovir ointment treatment in controlled group. Results: The effect of the treatment group was better than that of controlled group (P<0.05), and the time of the pain relieving, herpes atrophy, incrustation, total sicken time was also shorter than those of controlled group(P<0.01 ). Herpes zoster neuralgia rate in treatment group was obviously lower than in controlled group (P<0.05). Before and after the treatment SLE activity in treatment group without apparent changed (P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Small dosage of short-wave ultra-violet and ultrashort wave is a safe and effective method for treating with SLE patients compilcated herpes zoster, shorten the cours, and can reduce the incidence rate of lingering effects of nerval pain after left,and did not increase the activity of the SLE.
