高等级公路养护质量评价方法

针对公路养护管理的需要,基于理想点法的基本原理,选取路面养护质量PQI、桥梁养护质量BQI、涵洞养护质量CQI、路基养护质量SQI、沿线设施养护质量TQI和绿化养护质量GQI 6个指标作为评价指标,采用德尔菲科学方法确定各个指标的权重系数,建立了基于德尔菲-理想点法的高等级公路养护质量评价模型。将该模型应用于实际工程中高速公路养护质量评价的数据计算中,分析得出该高速公路养护质量正负理想点判断范围和距离,其判定等级与规范法基本一致。结果表明,德尔菲-理想点法进行高等级公路养护质量评价是科学的、有效的,为高等级公路养护质量评价提供了有益的参考。

A quality evaluation method for highway maintenance

According to the requirements of highway maintenance management,based on the basic principles of the ideal point method,six indexes,including the pavement quality index,the bridge quality index,culvert quality index,subgrade quality index,traffic-facility quality index and green quality index,are selected as the evaluation indexes.The weight coefficient of each evaluation index is determined by the Delphi method.A quality evaluation model for highway maintenance is established based on the Delphi method and ideal point method.The model was applied to a practical engineering project,and the range and distance of plus-minus grade classification of the highway maintenance quality given by the ideal point method were analyzed.The classification is consistent with the standard method.The results show that the method is reasonable and effective for the quality evaluation of highway maintenance.Therefore,the model provides an effective reference for the quality evaluation of highway maintenance.
