| 摘 要： | 近几年来我国外汇储备不断增加,CPI也持续出现了上涨现象。根据2009—2011年我国外汇储备、CPI的月度数据,利用Eviews3.0软件进行实证分析,结果显示:我国外汇储备与CPI之间存在着一定的因果关系,CPI的变动同我国外汇储备变动是一致的,外汇储备剧增对CPI上涨起着间接作用。因此,我国应改革现行的外汇管理制度及人民币汇率形成机制,实现"藏汇中央"和"藏汇于民",并且逐步实现我国外汇储备的多元化。

| Abstract: | In recent years,Chinese foreign exchange reserve increases unceasingly,the CPI also continued to appear the phenomenon of rising.According to China＇s foreign exchange reserves from 2009 to 2011 and the CPI monthly data,using software Eviews3.0 to carry on the empirical analysis,the results showed that,there is a certain causal relationship between Chinese foreign exchange reserve and the CPI,the CPI changes with the changes in China＇s foreign exchange reserves,foreign exchange reserves soared play an indirect role to the CPI increase.Therefore,China should reform the current foreign exchange management system and the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism,realize the ＂hide the foreign exchange in central＂ and ＂hide the foreign exchange in people＂,and gradually realize the diversity of China＇s foreign exchange reserves. |
