| 摘 要： | 以直接表达载体质粒pc DNA3为载体，成功构建了一个高质量的平颏海蛇毒腺cDNA表达文库，这是国内首个海蛇cDNA文库，通过对亚文库克隆的大规模序列测定和分析，发现了38个海蛇新基因序列，其中包括神经毒素基因，磷酸脂酶A2基因和半胱氨酸丰富毒蛋白基因共10个编码海蛇毒素蛋白的新基因。

| Abstract: | A high quality cDNA expression library from the venom of \%Lapemis hardwickii\% was constructed using the pcDNA3 eukaryotic expression plasmid as vector. It is the first cDNA library of sea snake in our country, and thirty_eight new genes were found There are ten new toxinic genes, including short neurotoxin genes, long neurotoxin genes, plA2 gene,and cys riched venom genes |
