液晶性能的微机测试与数据处理系统

摘    要:给出了文题所述系统,用以测试液晶材料的介电常数或电阻率与温度之间的相互关系以及液晶材料的电光特性。该系统配置了任意函数波形发生器作为液晶驱动源,可对液晶材料的电光特性作深入研究。测试数据处理采用了一些微弱信号检测技术来提高信噪比,从而提高了该系统的检测精度。实验证明该系统对液晶材料测试具有一定实用价值。

Abstract:A litle system was developed to determine the relationships of liquid crystal properties between dielectric coefficient and temperature or resistivity and temperature and to measure the electrooptical effects of liquid crystal materials. It was equipped with a waveform generator of arbitrary function as the power source. In the data processing system, methods for Weak signal detection are adopted to improve the accuracy. Experiments have indicated that the system has due practical value to the property measurement of liquid crystalmaterials.
