The Strategy Research of Performance Evaluation System on College Teachers

Abstract:College teachers' performance evaluation of personnel management was an important content.The personnel management of colleges to modern human resources management forward into the important segment.Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system to improve teachers' performance level.Research shows that the performance evaluation of college teachers there are obstacles and objective difficulty in china.Therefore,put forward the urgent requirement of colleges.The paper constructs to ethics of teachers construction as the basic premise,and the teaching and scientific research level as the core content,social service ability is an important aspect of the performance evaluation system of university teachers.
