| 摘 要： | 报道了太白洋参中氨基酸和微量元素的含量．结果表明：太白洋参中含有人体需要的１５种氨基酸，其中精氨酸的含量相当高；含有７种人体必需的微量元素，５种人体必需的宏量元素．
