| 摘 要： | 基于固定网、移动网和IP网基础上提出了综合智能网的概念，并基于综合智能网提出了GPRS预付费业务的解决方案，分析研究了实现该方案的关键技术，最后给出了一个业务实例，说明GPRS预付费业务的实现过程。
