板厚板形综合调节新途径的研究

摘    要:本文论述了用支承辊和工作辊弯辊装置进行板厚板形综合调节的理论基础,介绍了300四辊可逆式冷轧机板厚板形综合调节系统的设计,给出了综合控制系统的方块图,分析了综合调节系统中板形控制系统和板厚控制系统的特点。试验研究及实际测定表明,此系统既可保证板厚又可保证板形质量,比较理想地达到了综合控制的目的。

Abstract:A new way of composite regulation for gage and shape of strip with the aid of backup roll and work roll bending is discussed, the composite regulation system for gage and shape control of 300 four-high reversible cold rolling mill is introduced, the block diagram of composite control system is provided, the characteristic of the gage control system and shape control system in the composite regulation system is analysed. The experimental investigation and practical measurement show that this system guarantees not only the flat shape but also the gage accuracy. thus, it can attain the purpose of composite control perfectly.
