| 摘 要： | 提出了一种在运动生成机构不产生乱支与乱序缺陷，并具有整周转动的连架驱动构件的前提下使得机构的传力特性达到最优，在建立了运动生成机构的优化综合模型后，采用改进遗传算法寻求全局最优解，综合实例结果表明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | The proposed optimal synthesis method guarantees that there are no order defect and branch defect in the solutions obtained, there are fully rotatable input side links in the linkages, and overall size of linkages meets the requirements desired. The optimal synthesis objective aims to optimize the force transmission characteristic of the linkages. After the optimal synthesis model is set up, a modified genetic algorithm is employed to seek the global optimal solution. The results of two optimal synthesis examples verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
