| 摘 要： | 针对我国小城镇建设的现状，运用发展经济学理论，阐述了实现农村人口向城镇人口的有序转移，将推动城镇基础设施建设，拉动消费需求，成为经济增长的强劲推动力。使小城镇成为联系大中城市与广大农村的桥梁，形成对周围农村的辐射能力。

| Abstract: | In the light of the present situation of our country's small towns and by using development economics theory, this paper expounds that the ordered transfer of rural population into town population, which will promote the construction of towns' infrastructure and drive the consuming demand, becomes the strong power for the economic growth and makes the small towns become the bridge connecting the large and medium sized cities with the vast countryside and forms the radiation ability for surrounding countryside. |
