人血清白蛋白与叶酸相互作用的荧光光谱法研究

摘    要:基于荧光光谱技术,研究了人血清白蛋白与叶酸的相互作用.结果表明:人血清白蛋白与叶酸共存时会发生相互作用;叶酸对人血清白蛋白荧光光淬灭机制为静态淬灭,且在发生荧光淬灭的同时生成了蛋白质与药物的复合物;人血清白蛋白是通过疏水性作用力与叶酸发生相互作用的,叶酸在血清白蛋白中仅有一个结合位点.

Abstract:The interaction of bovine serum albumin with folic acid was studied based on the fluorescence spectroscopic methods. The results indicated that human serum albumin interacted with folic acid as they coexisted,and they formed into protein-drug complex by the static quenching of human serum albumin by folic acid. The results also showed that the human serum albumin interacted with folic acid by hydrophobic association,and there was one binding-site for folic acid in the molecule of human serum albumin as they...
