浙江省社区教育发展轨迹与策略研究

摘    要:当前社区教育在全国广泛实验,以怎样的理念、思路和走向谋划社区教育的发展,是目前社区教育领域共同关心的问题。研究浙江省社区教育发展轨迹与策略,对推进全国社区教育发展具有一定的意义。对此,本文从探索、实验、深化三个阶段梳理了浙江省社区教育发展轨迹,从坚持政府主导、健全组织体系、明确发展主体、重视城乡统筹和注重特色发展等几方面分析了浙江省推进社区教育发展的策略,并针对当前社区教育深入发展存在的问题,思考社区教育发展的未来走向,提出了进一步深化社区教育发展亟待加强的几个关键环节。

Abstract:Currently community education is carried out nationwide on a test basis. With what i- dea and by which community education should be guided and which direction to take is the common concern in this field. This paper made a case study of the development path and strategy of commu- nity education in Zhejiang Province, with a view to providing experience to other parts in China. Community education in Zhejiang has undergone three stages, exploration, experiment and deepe- ning. Five major strategies were adopted during the process, namely adhering to the guide of gov- ernment, perfecting the organizational system, making clear the subject of development, emphasi- zing urban--rural balance and development with local characteristics. Some problems and possible solutions in pushing forward community education were also discussed.
