我国继续教育存在的问题与发展战略研究

摘    要:继续教育是现代社会迅速发展起来的一种教育类型,体现了当今世界教育改革和发展的趋势。当前我国继续教育取得了优异的成绩,但也面临着生源萎缩、教育质量下降、办学声誉降低等问题,如何根据继续教育的实际,采取科学的发展战略是促进继续教育健康发展的关键。本文提出了我国继续教育发展需要树立品牌战略、质量战略、服务战略,多种战略协同运用才能促进继续教育可持续发展。

Abstract:Continuing education is a new type of education which is developing rapidly in modern soci- ety, reflecting the trend in todays world educational development and reform. In China's continuing educa- tion, achievement have been made. However, it also faces problems as decrease in the number of potential students, reduction of education quality and school reputation. Under this context, development strategies, in accordance with the reality of China's continuing education, is the key to promoting the healthy develop- ment of continuing education. This paper suggested that a combination of branding strategy, quality strate- gy, service strategy can promote the development of continuing education.
