| 摘 要： | 在实施大众化高等教育的过程中,面对培养目标的多样化、入读学生的显著变化及其群体特点,面对不同学校、不同学科,原先习惯的精英化的学风评价体系和学风建设方式已不适合大众化教育的发展,故要求重新审视学风问题,树立适应新形势的教育思想和学风建设观念.文章结合浙江万里学院在加强学风建设中的实践,就寻找适合学校、学生特点的学风建设途径进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | higher education popularization is characterized by the diversity of schools,disciplines of study and training objectives,as well as a marked change in the students in terms of common characteristics.Consequently,it has outgrown the assessment system of academic atmosphere and discipline for elite higher education and this paper explores ways to cultivate new academic atomsphere and discipline geared to the new situation. |
