摘    要:研究了硅钼酸、磷钨酸促进型Pt/C类催化剂对甲醇的电氧化作用.采用循环伏安法和线性伏安法考察了催化剂的制备方法、添加剂、甲醇浓度、反应温度等因素对催化剂活性的影响,并用XRD和EDS技术对催化剂进行表征.结果表明:Mo含量(质量分数)为7.87%的Pt—Ru—Mo/C催化剂的活性为Pt—Ru/C商品催化剂(E—TEK)活性的1.65倍;添加硅钼酸和磷钨酸可以使得活性组分的分散度提高,从而显著提高催化剂的活性和抗毒性能.

Abstract:The electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol on promoted Pt/C catalysts, which were prepared using silicomolybedic acid or phosphotungstic acid as the promoter, was investigated. The effects of preparation methods, additives, methanol concentration and reaction temperature on the catalytic activity were then studied by linear scan and cyclic scan methods, and the catalysts were characterized by XRD and EDS. The results show that the Pt-Ru-Mo/C catalyst with the mass fraction of Mo of 7.87% has 65% higher activity than the commercial catalyst Pt-Ru/C manufactured by E-TEK Company, and that the addition of silicomolybdic acid and phosphotungstic acid improves the dispersion of active components, thus significantly enhancing the catalytic activity and CO tolerance of the catalysts.
