汽车ABS台架检测方法研究

摘    要:汽车ABS性能检测是汽车行驶安全性能检测的重要内容,但如何实现在台架上对汽车ABS机械部分性能的检测是需要解决的关键问题.根据ABS工作过程中车轮线速度的变化规律,提出一种ABS台架检测方法,并设计了汽车ABS检测试验台.仿真结果表明,设计的ABS检测试验台能够实现对ABS的检测.

Abstract:ABS testing is significant for the safe performance of automobile; yet, how to test the mechanical parts of vehicle ABS on bench needs to be resolved. A method of bench testing based on the velocity change pattern in the operation of ABS is proposed in this paper, with the testing bench for ABS designed. Matlab/Simulink is employed to construct the ABS control model and the testing bench, and the model is used to simulate vehicle testing on bench. The result of the simulated testing proves that the proposed method is valid.
