大型水轮机转轮的结构优化设计

摘    要:本文以水轮机转轮重量为目标函数,对转轮进行优化设计,将既满足工程要求又能描述转轮上冠、下环厚度变化的参数选为设计变量.为了节省机时和减少数据输入,文中还提出了一种能更简便、直观地处理周期性对称约束的直接伪单元,并采用了自动网格划分等技术.文中编制的程序,可直接应用于实际工程设计.

Abstract:An optimum design for the turbine runner is carried out by taking its weight as the objective function. The parameters that can meet actual requirements and specify the variation of the thickness of the runner crown and band are chosen as the design variables. A direct pseudo-element capable of conveniently handling the periodical symmetrical constraint is proposed, and the method of mesh generation is adopted. The program developed by the authors can be directly applied to practical engineering design.
