软组织形变实时仿真的非线性模型

摘    要:从软组织形变过程中的能量耗散角度出发,把对粘弹性组织形变的模拟和共轭梯度法能量下降的过程联系起来,提出了一种基于有限元的非线性计算模型。和目前手术仿真中广泛采用的显式计算模型相比该模型不仅稳定,而且更快速。实验结果表明该模型适合于软组织大形变的实时仿真.

Abstract:Real-time simulation of the soft tissue behavior is a major obstacle in developing a virtual surgery system.In this research,simulation of viscoelasticity is related to an energy dissipation process in a conjugate gradient method.A new approach based on non-linear elasticity and finite element method is suggested,which is more robust and more efficient than the explicit method widely used in real-time surgery simulation.Experimental results show that the new method can be used in real-time simulation of soft tissue with large deformation.
