高职院校薪酬制度改革中的问题及其对策

摘    要:目前高职院校薪酬制度依然存在外部竞争性不足、内部公平性不够、激励功能缺失等主要问题,严重威胁了高职院校师资队伍的建设和办学质量的提高。学校的经营管理者可以通过货币化的激励措施以及较好的工作环境、学校的声望、教师的职业能力发展机会等非货币化的激励措施来满足教师的精神需求,从而提高教师的工作积极性。

Abstract:The current pay system in higher vocational colleges still face the problems of lacking external competitiveness,internal inequality and incentive deficits etc.These problems have been serious threats to the staff construction and educational quality in vocational colleges.The administrative personnel can meet the staff’s spiritual needs and raise teachers’ working activeness by means of currency stimulating measures and non-currency stimulating measures such as good working environment,college esteem and opportunity of professional development.
