党的十六大报告中提出了"形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展"的要求,本文认为军校管理干部应着眼于院校教育改革和发展的需要,着眼于信息化战争对军事信息人才培养的需要,积极解决为什么学、怎样学、学什么和学风的问题,不断提高自身素质,成为与时俱进的"学习型"干部.

Develop with the Time at the Same Step,Become the Learning-type Managerial Cadre

The sixteenth Congress Report of the CPC put forward the learning-type society which all the people should learn in their lifetime,which person's all-round development shouled be prompted.The article considers that managerial cadres of the military academy should fix eyes on the needs of college educational reform and development,of the personal quality of military information that informational warfare wants to cultivate,of pratically prepare for the Taiwan military war.They should vigorously solve the problems of why to learn,how to learn,and what to learn,as well as style of study.Every manager should comprehensively heighten one's self-quality and becomes a learning-type cadre.
