| 摘 要： | 代建制是政府投资项目管理的新模式,但现阶段代建单位服务取费偏低,严重制约了代建制的发展。针对代建制服务费用偏低的现象,从对代建制认识和法律的角度进行深入分析,并给出解决这一问题的建议。

| Abstract: | Focused on the new mode-agency system of construction for the management of government invested projects, the paper analyzes thoroughly the current situation of charge collect in the service of agency system of construction. The conclusion is that the service cost for agency system of construction is quite low at present period through investigation and its reason is analyzed in detail. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed. |
