| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种新型蛙心灌流实验装置的制作和使用方法.本装置是一种利用血压换能器记录蛙心灌流的实验装置,其具有插管容易,蛙心存活时间长,蛙心工作模式直观性强的优点,且可以提高学生的兴趣.用此装置观察了前、后负荷以及激素、电解质对心输出量的影响实验,其测量结果的准确性与传统的记录方法或其他改良装置的测量结果相一致.
