高职高专院校建设“双师型”教师队伍方法、途径的研究与实践

高等职业教育以培养高素质技能型人才为目标,教育质量提高的关键在教师。在高职高专教育教学改革中,＂双师型＂教师队伍的建设必须放在重要位置,通过分析目前高职高专院校＂双师型＂教师队伍建设存在的问题,提出＂双师型＂教师队伍建设应采取的措施和方法,以确保高职教育的教学水平和人才培养质量,完成历史和社会赋予现代高等职业技术教育的神圣使命。

On the Methods of Developing "Double Quality Teachers" in Higher Vocational Colleges

The goal of higher vocational education is to train skilled talents with high quality and teacher is the key factor in the improvement of teaching quality.The development of ＂double quality teachers＂ is the priority in the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the problems exsiting in the work of devolping ＂double quality teachers＂ and provides some countermeasures.
